Mavella Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mavella mobile application and related services (“Mavella”) provided by NETIXER AI (“NETIXER AI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Mavella, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be an adult who has reached the age of majority where you live to use Mavella. By using Mavella you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Using Mavella

Mavella provides tools for tracking, organization, reminders, personalized content and an AI companion to support pregnancy and early parenthood. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Mavella for your own non-commercial purposes in line with these Terms.

Health information disclaimer

No doctor–patient relationship

Using Mavella, including the AI companion, does not create a doctor–patient or any other healthcare provider relationship between you and NETIXER AI.

AI-generated content

Responses from the AI companion are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a sole basis for any decision about health, safety or care.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

• Don’t use Mavella for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.
• Don’t attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service or reverse engineer it except as the law allows.
• Don’t use the AI companion to generate harmful, misleading or illegal content.
• Don’t resell or commercially exploit Mavella without our written permission.

Subscriptions and app-store billing

Mavella Pro is an optional subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the renewal date. Prices and availability may vary by country and platform and are shown before you buy.

Cancellation

You can cancel Mavella Pro at any time in your store account. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. See Subscription Help.

Intellectual property

Mavella, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by NETIXER AI or its licensors and protected by law. You keep ownership of the information you enter and give us permission to process it to provide Mavella, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep Mavella available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavella is provided “as is” and NETIXER AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on information in the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using Mavella and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where required by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Mavella after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the NETIXER AI entity that provides the service to you. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
